Delivery

We offer free delivery on all orders above PKR 5000. For orders worth PKR 5000 and below, PKR 200 delivery charges will apply nationwide.

Currently we only offer delivery in Pakistan.

You will be provided with a Tracking ID so you can track your order once it is dispatched.

All our orders are delivered between 3-5 business days.

The courier agent will attempt to deliver your order twice or as per the policy of our courier partner. After the second attempt the order will be sent back to us.

Pre-Orders Alert:

Pre orders are subject with some delay, while these products will be available in next 07 to 10 working days to dispatch. Please be patient with us.

Advance Payment Policy:

For orders exceeding 30,000 PKR, we require a 5% advance payment to confirm your order. This ensures a smooth processing and timely delivery of your selected items.

Open Parcel Policy – Refundable Deposit:

To avail the Open Parcel option, customers must pay a refundable deposit before dispatch. This deposit will be adjusted in the final payment if the order is accepted.

If the order is refused after opening, the deposit will be non-refundable to cover delivery costs.
