Delivery Details:

• Currently, we only offer delivery within Pakistan.

• You will be provided with a Tracking ID so you can track your order once it is dispatched.

• All our orders are typically delivered between 3-5 business days.

• The courier agent will attempt to deliver your order twice (or as per the policy of our courier partner). After the second failed attempt, the order will be sent back to us.

Open Parcel Policy – Refundable Deposit:

• To avail the Open Parcel option, customers must pay a refundable deposit before dispatch. This deposit will be adjusted in the final payment if the order is accepted.

• If the order is refused after opening, the deposit will be non-refundable to cover the delivery and return costs.
