Do I need an account to shop at Zeenat Pret?

No, you can shop without creating an account. However, registering an account allows you to check out faster, track your orders, and avoid re-entering your details every time. You may sign up anytime or create an account during checkout.

How can I place an order?

To place an order with Zeenat Pret, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in or continue as a guest
  2. Browse and select your desired items
  3. Add items to your shopping bag
  4. Proceed to checkout
  5. Enter billing and shipping details
  6. Provide payment information
  7. Review and submit your order
  8. Track your order status

How will I know if Zeenat Pret has received my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an acknowledgement email from cs@zeenatpret.com. Local customers (within Pakistan) will also receive a confirmation call on the next working day. If we do not receive confirmation within 3–4 days, the order will be cancelled and refunded where applicable.

Orders are dispatched only after payment approval or COD verification.


I did not receive an order confirmation email. What does this mean?

Order confirmation emails are auto-generated and sent within 15 minutes. Please check your spam or junk folder. If no email is received, the order was not successfully placed and no payment was received.


There is a missing item in my order. What should I do?

How can I track my order?

Once dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email address.


Can I cancel or amend my order?

Once processed, orders cannot be cancelled, amended, or modified, including size, color, payment method, address changes, or item additions/removals.


Why was my order cancelled due to online security?

Orders may be cancelled as part of fraud-prevention measures. No payment is captured. If charged, the amount is automatically reversed. For issues, email cs@zeenatpret.com with your transaction reference.


Why did an item disappear from my shopping bag?

Adding items to your cart does not reserve them. If another customer completes checkout first, the item may become unavailable.

Is my personal information secure?

Yes. Customer information is confidential and accessed only by authorized personnel. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data without consent.


Will my order always go through online security verification?

All orders go through security checks. Additional verification may be required for new cards or addresses.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Are there any shipping restrictions?

We do not ship to PO Boxes, military zones, or restricted areas. Failed delivery charges due to restricted locations are borne by the customer.

Incorrect or unreachable addresses may result in return of the package. Please ensure your details are accurate.


How is delivery handled?

Couriers make up to three delivery attempts and may require a signature. Failed deliveries are returned to Zeenat Pret.

What if I receive a defective item?

Defective items may be returned within 7 days if unused and with tags intact. No cash or card refunds—a discount code is issued. Sale items are non-exchangeable.


What if I receive an incorrect item?

Incorrect items may be returned if unused and in original condition. International orders are non-returnable.
