CANCELLATION POLICY

COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

  • COD orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is strictly not allowed.
  • Zeenat Pret reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to unforeseen circumstances such as inventory unavailability or system issues.

Paid Orders – Cancellations

  • Paid orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
  • After 24 hours, cancellation requests will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and are subject to Zeenat Pret’s approval.

  • Cancellation requests for paid orders must be made using the same email address or contact number provided at the time of order (billing or shipping details).
  • This verification helps us process requests efficiently and securely.

Refund & Compensation Policy

  • As per company policy, Zeenat Pret does not offer refunds in any form (including bank transfer or card reversal).
  • In the case of an approved cancellation, a coupon or online store voucher equivalent to the paid amount will be issued.
  • The voucher can be redeemed on your next online purchase at Zeenat Pret.
