RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Zeenat Pret, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order:

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges are only applicable in rare cases where a defective or incorrect item has been delivered.
  • We will assess and resolve such cases promptly, subject to the specific circumstances.
  • Exchanges are not offered based on personal preference, as all outfits are carefully prepared for our valued customers.
  • An exchange may be considered if the size received does not match the size ordered.

Exchange Conditions

  • The customer must notify our Customer Support Team within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • The outfit must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags intact.
  • The item must be returned to the provided address within 5–7 days of delivery.
  • Requests not meeting the above conditions will not be entertained.

Voucher / Store Credit

  • In case of an approved exchange, an equal-value voucher or discount code may be issued.
  • No refunds are offered in any case (for both domestic and international orders).
  • Vouchers/discount codes can be used for future purchases at Zeenat Pret.

Shipping Costs

  • All mailing or shipping charges related to exchanges (including defective items) will be borne by the customer.

Processing Time

  • Approved exchanges are processed within 10–14 working days after receiving the returned item.

Sale Items

  • Sale items are non-exchangeable.
  • However, customers may raise an exchange request only in case of a size issue or faulty product.
